Usui Reiki Level One Training is held as a beautiful day course with a fully comprehensive manual and audio meditations to aid your learning. Shoden. Available dates: Wednesday 7th June 2023 Wednesday 20th Sept 2023 Wednesday 31st Jan 2024 Held in circle style, with cacao, journaling, energy cultivation, movement, and meditation. An introduction to the gorgeous energy of reiki, Usui's reiki precepts, history, and mindfulness. You will receive reiju empowerment and attunement to Reiki level one. After this course, you will be able to give self-treatments and can receive distant weekly empowerments. You will also receive a post-course pack and ongoing support. Before Reiki Level One, it is wise to allow at least 6 weeks for receiving your manual, and learning aids so you can prepare yourself- by reading through the manual, and listening to the meditations. Just before the booking date, it is advisable to avoid alcohol and any violent media. On the day there will be a delicious buffet-style vegan lunch.
